Starting in summer of 2009, guests can take advantage of the exclusive boat rental service offered by Cantiere Nautico Feltrinelli, which is just 300 metres away. Another unique opportunity to discover Lake Garda, aboard elegant, comfortable and classy yachts. The stay at Residence San Carlo will be integrated with further services offered by Cantiere Nautico Feltrinelli: we have planned special prices for boaters, who will be allowed to store their boat in the Cantiere Nautico Feltrinelli’s hangars; the pleasure to find you boat in perfect conditions, just a few steps away from home.

The Residence San Carlo complex is composed of six cottages, each approximately 65 square meters in size, and five apartments of various dimensions (between 35 and 100 square meters). Surrounded by olive groves, this apartment hotel has been created to offer every ease and comfort to guests.

The Residence San Carlo has been built to resemble a typical village in the Gargnano area. In fact, its stone walls, olive groves, and beautiful park help the Residence to blend in with the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. It is an eco-sustainable complex equipped with low impact hardwares, and  its advanced photovoltaic system ensures environnement-friendly living.
