John Dodelande, the French manager combined experience of entrepreneurship & marketing as well as a real passion for contemporary art, introduced the second boat in the limited edition of yachts called RAL. Together with Xavier Veilhan – a contemporary artist – and in association with Frauscher, one of the best European shipyards, Dodelande is in a position in which, with a twist of uniqueness, to create a product of the highest quality, where finest modern art and up to date yachting style come together.
RAL Sky Blu is the second boat from the limited edition of nautical sculptures introduced on the art market which was announced to the general public with RAL 5015 in June 2010.
The nautical sculptures combine art and technical prowess.
The merging of John Dodelande’s idea with the Frauscher®: shipyard’s savoir-faire produced a genuinely unique second boat in this series, the RAL Sky Blu, which naturally possesses the latest innovations in nautical technology.
This exceptional project is the second time that Xavier Veilhan ( creator of the sculpture” Le Requin”, The shark for RAL SKY BLU) has dedicated his aesthetic beliefs to a functional object.
